Secure Collaboration for an Open World
JPI developed the Recovery Act High Performance Green Building (HPGB) Database Online (RAHD Online), a web-based tool for collecting and reviewing HPGB project information in a secure and consolidated manner. By serving as a centralized data-collection tool for a project's sustainability information, RAHD Online allows our U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) client to deliver projects on schedule, on budget, and on green.
RAHD Online is a web-based tool for collecting, consolidating, and reviewing HPGB project information and documents.
HPGB technology is at the forefront of the Recovery-funded green initiatives to build new and modernize existing projects for the Public Buildings Service (PBS) Recovery Program Management Office (PMO). GSA mandated 35 Minimum Performance Criteria (MPC) for these projects based upon scope and developed data call schedules for Architects/Engineers (A/E) and GSA Project Managers (PM) to fulfill submission requirements and project reporting based upon the HPGB guiding principles and MPCs for each phase of the project.
RAHD Online simplifies the access to HPGB project information for a wide group of stakeholders including GSA Project Managers, Regional Recovery Executives, Zone Executives, and the Recovery PMO. The system contains a built-in workflow logic which allows project information records to be submitted through different stages of review while generating emails to alert each review tier that the record has been submitted for MPC Compliance Reviews; additionally, RAHD Online tracks all workflow moves and changes to MPC statuses, allowing for a fully paperless review and auditing process.
The RAHD Online form dynamically reacts to field selections the user makes, displaying follow up questions.
JPI’s focus on Agile development allows RAHD Online to quickly evolve along with GSA’s needs. Our development team is able to dynamically develop, test, and deploy updated fields and functionality to improve data integrity between closely scheduled data calls, as well as make any necessary adjustments to workflow logic to match changing review process for each design and construction stage of a project
