Comprehensive and efficient management is key for managing complex projects in today’s rapidly changing environment. The PIP enables GSA project managers to create and produce a Comprehensive Project Plan (CPP) which consolidates and tracks all relevant project data. The CPP combines information that used to be prepared for three different purposed into one consistent data source.
The CCP consolidates and tracks all relevant project data for GSA.
The CPP pulls in key project information and allows the project team to create a CPP, an Acquisition Plan and a Customer Communication Plan from the same interface. The PIP’s CPP contains the project’s description, scope, procurement information, schedule, and budget data. These fields are easily updated which allows the manager to produce and publish a timely and comprehensive report.
