Prentiss Adams

Prentiss is a Senior Software Engineer with fourteen years of Lotus Notes Domino applications experience. He has performed extensive work in the private sector with Domino application development, technology instruction, and corporate platform migrations. Prentiss is a Certified Lotus Instructor and Principal Certified Lotus Professional in Application development and Systems Administration. He works in HTML, XML, JavaScript, ASP, .Net technologies, Java, LotusScript, and Lotus Formula Language and is a certified Force.com developer. He holds a BA and an MA in Liberal Arts from the University of Southern Mississippi.

Sarah Allard

Ms. Allard is a Project Management Professional (PMP) with seven year's experience in a variety of fields, with an emphasis on localization and web product development. Ms. Allard has extensive experience bringing together large cross-functional project teams in matrixed environments, preparing and monitoring complex budgets, and project estimating and scheduling. She currently supports the St. Elizabeth’s project for the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG). Dennis Anders

Dennis is a Senior Software Engineer working with the Small Business Administration’s Office of Disaster Assistance. He has eighteen years of experience in the information technology industry and has performed such roles as Programmer, Programmer Analyst, Data Migration Analyst, and Reports Developer.  He is an expert in business system design and database development. He was the lead developer for several large projects including the Y2K conversion, Loan Closing Appointment Matrix, ALCS/NEMIS (FEMA) transaction interface, and the ALCS Data Migration to Oracle 11i. Technologies that Dennis has utilized include Oracle 9i, 10g, 11i, SQL Server 2005, .Net, and Crystal Reports. He has a BA in Management Information Systems from Emory and Henry College.

Jason Dodds

Jason is a Senior Software Engineer with thirteen years of Lotus Notes Domino applications experience. He has worked on the General Services Administration Recovery Act HPGB Online system incorporating AJAX, DHTML, and web 2.0 technologies with Lotus Domino. Jason has also worked on the Electronic Project Management system (ePMO) used to manage projects for the US Coast Guard, Department of Homeland Security, and the Center for Disaster Preparedness. He is a Principally Certified Lotus Professional, is experienced in advanced Domino web development using common technologies (HTML, DHTML, XML) and JavaScript libraries like Dojo and Ext., and is a certified Force.com developer.

Jennifer Duncan

Jennifer is a Project Manager with over eight years experience in information technology and cyber security and six years as a Project Manager for the Federal Government. She led the engineering, testing, and implementation of several multi-million dollar, critical, and highly visible projects traversing the continental US for the Department of Veterans Affairs and served in information assurance on the US Joint Chiefs of Staff, Pentagon. Doug Garnett-Deakin

As JPI’s founder and President, Doug has over 20 years experience in business consulting in the public and private sector. His background is as wide ranging as writing software for subsurface contaminant modeling for the EPA and commercial clients, to enterprise applications for the US Navy Chief of Naval Operations (OPNAV) and the General Services Administration's Public Building Service (GSA PBS). His systems have won numerous eGovernment awards and were recognized by the Navy as essential to Pentagon Continuity of Operations in the late 1990s and early 2000s. As a long time Certified IBM application developer and advanced business partner, Doug has written software to track the entire portfolio of capital construction projects for the Federal Government. He has written enterprise architecture and applications for Congressional task tracking for Navy HQ, an award winning knowledge management system, mapping systems, and award-winning business intelligence applications.

Julia Germaine

Julia is an Operations Assistant focused on recruiting, graphic design, and business development. She joins JPI via Pittsburgh, where she performed myriad financial and administrative functions for an energy storage start-up, Aquion Energy. Julia taught writing at the University of Pittsburgh while earning her MFA in poetry and holds a BA in biology from Colby College.

David Heymsfeld

JPI’s Vice President, David Heymsfeld, is a Principal Certified Lotus Professional and is certified by the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional (PMP). He holds an MBA from the R.H. Smith School U-MD with a concentration in Information Technology. With eighteen years of experience in project management and programming, David is our strategic planner, client interface, and project coordinator. His recent experience includes providing project management support to the Management Directorate of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

Gerald Howell

Gerald is a Senior Software Engineer with 13 years of experience in Lotus Notes and Domino systems development and maintenance. He is a R6 Principal Certified Lotus Professional, an IBM Certified Advanced Application Developer in R7, and a certified Force.com developer. Gerald developed the initial charting servlets for the Construction Measures section of Project Information Portal (PIP) for General Services Administration (GSA). He has experience working with HTML, DHTML, AJAX, Dojo, JQuery, Java, LotusScript, Lotus Formula language, and SharePoint 2010.

Leon Hubbard

 

Leon Hubbard is a Senior Computer Systems Analyst with more than twenty years experience working as a contractor for the Small Business Administration’s Office of Disaster Assistance. Leon has also held the roles of Programmer/Analyst, Team Lead, and Project Manager on Federal Government IT contracts. Leon served as project manager, analyst, and developer on large-scale projects such as a Y2K data and software conversion for a tracking system for disaster loans and a migration of legacy data from an obsolete platform to Oracle 11i tables. After years of software engineering in COBOL on DEC VAX systems, Leon is currently developing reports using SQL and Crystal Reports in an Oracle environment while also handling Project Manager/Team Lead duties. Leon has a BS in Computer Science from Radford University.

Abram Jackson

Abram is a certified Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Master Black Belt specializing in project management and strategic deployment of continuous performance improvement programs. He has a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology from Virginia Tech, eleven years of experience in performance improvement for the DoD, and multiple advanced certifications in performance improvement. Abram’s professional awards include an Admiral Stan Arthur Award for Logistics Excellence as well as numerous commendations from Naval Sea Enterprise, the Navy's Space and Naval Warfare System Centers, the Navy Reserves, and other federal and private entities. He is also a certified instructor of the Kepner and Fourie Thinking Dimensions problem solving methods and is ITIL v3 Foundations certified.

Monika Lawless

Monika Lawless is JPI's Director of Operations. She is responsible for all the day-to-day company operations including supervising the Human Resources, Contracts Administration, and IT Services teams. Monika also develops and manages programs and initiatives to  expand JPI's capabilities, maintain our infrastructure, and promote teamwork and service quality. Monika has 15 years of management and federal consulting and earned an MS in Urban Planning from the University of South Carolina. Monika is PMP (Project Management Professional) certified.

Tamara Mosley

Ms. Mosley is a Project Management Professional (PMP) with over eleven years of experience working on complex projects for US government, private, and public sector clients. She has solid analytical and problem solving skills which have allowed her to identify and resolve financial budget issues, generate estimates and cost control methods. Corey Runnels

Corey Runnels is a Director at JPI with eighteen years of experience in organization transformation, project management and providing technical solutions to both public sector and commercial clients. Dawn Sangree

As a Senior Software Engineer, Dawn is an IBM Certified Application Developer and Certified Lotus Professional in Systems Administration. Dawn has been a JPI Principal since 2004 and has over twelve years of experience in web development, Lotus Notes/Domino development, .Net development, systems administration, and systems maintenance. She has built internet-based solutions using RDBMS integration, Instant Messaging technologies, and XML technologies such as Schemas, XSLT, SAX, and DOM.

Jon Steen

Jon is a Senior Project Manager at JPI with more than twenty years of leadership and management experience working within the Department of Defense and as a Naval Officer. Jeremy Wenisch

Jonathan White

Jonathan is a Senior Program Manager with over 20 years of success in a variety of technical, managerial, and leadership roles within various military communities. He has a background in P&L management, strategic planning, nuclear engineering and maintenance, program management, and process improvement. Jonathan’s career accomplishments include his selection to attend the DOD Executive Leadership Development Program, leading the transition team for the prospective 24th United States Coast Guard (USCG) Commandant, and, as Division Head of Acquisition and Navy Warfare Enterprise Detachments, standing up the Navy’s first Human Performance Center.
