Prentiss is a Certified Lotus Instructor and Principal Certified Lotus Professional in Application development and Systems Administration. He works in HTML, XML, JavaScript, ASP, .Net technologies, Java, LotusScript, and Lotus Formula Language and is a certified Force.com developer. Doug Garnett-Deakin
Doug Garnett-Deakin

As JPI’s founder and President, Doug has over 20 years experience in business consulting in the public and private sector. His background is as wide ranging as writing software for subsurface contaminant modeling for the EPA and commercial clients, to enterprise applications for the US Navy Chief of Naval Operations (OPNAV) and the General Services Administration's Public Building Service (GSA PBS). His systems have won numerous eGovernment awards and were recognized by the Navy as essential to Pentagon Continuity of Operations in the late 1990s and early 2000s. As a long time Certified IBM application developer and advanced business partner, Doug has written software to track the entire portfolio of capital construction projects for the Federal Government. He has written enterprise architecture and applications for Congressional task tracking for Navy HQ, an award winning knowledge management system, mapping systems, and award-winning business intelligence applications.

With eighteen years of experience in project management and programming, David is our strategic planner, client interface, and project coordinator. Gerald developed the initial charting servlets for the Construction Measures section of Project Information Portal (PIP) for General Services Administration (GSA). Leon Hubbard
Leon Hubbard

 

Leon Hubbard is a Senior Computer Systems Analyst with more than twenty years experience working as a contractor for the Small Business Administration’s Office of Disaster Assistance. Leon has also held the roles of Programmer/Analyst, Team Lead, and Project Manager on Federal Government IT contracts. Leon served as project manager, analyst, and developer on large-scale projects such as a Y2K data and software conversion for a tracking system for disaster loans and a migration of legacy data from an obsolete platform to Oracle 11i tables. After years of software engineering in COBOL on DEC VAX systems, Leon is currently developing reports using SQL and Crystal Reports in an Oracle environment while also handling Project Manager/Team Lead duties. Leon has a BS in Computer Science from Radford University.
